Web hosting is a very important part of how the Internet works. It is a method whereby anyone can set up a website in the space or server provided by the web host. The web host generally has a server or several servers and they sell the server space to individuals or companies for a price. The web host also provides the client with a control panel whereby they can make changes in the website.

2021.10.21 23:26 doinitlivetil35 Bike lock designed to destroy angle grinders in the works. Anyone have thoughts?
Hiplock is working on a kickstarter for their D1000, a lock they claim is designed to destroy the blade on an angle grinder, or at least will take an angle grinder 10 minutes to get through.
The info is here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/airlok/hiplok-d1000-anti-angle-grinder-bike-lock/description
Anyone have thoughts on how true their claims might be?
I personally have no idea, but if it's true that would be awesome.

2021.10.21 23:26 GreatMalenko I'm a huge fan of Goldberg and have been since I was young. I was worried he'd hurt and embarrass himself again this year. But he actually had a great match and the last spot was fucking insane. I've always loved Bill Goldberg and he's earned everyone's respect after that showing. This was great

2021.10.21 23:26 lamaschine Advice on connecting audio between projector and receiver
I am planning to work on getting my projector (benqht3550) to my receiver tomorrow (Sony dh590) and my surround sound (Jamie 803kit). Currently my projector is connected to my receiver via an apple 4ktv and Bluetooth. I am sure this is a rudimentary question but can I get a 5.1 surround sound this way? I imagine using an hdmi between the projector and receiver is probably better, but can I get an 5.1 sounds using this initial setup using Bluetooth? Thanks !!

2021.10.21 23:26 NextWordTyped Food & Depression/Anxiety
Thank you to everyone here who's been so helpful in answering my posts. I thought I'd share some personal experience if it'd help others.
Many years ago, I was not a healthy eater. I ate a lot of fried foods, sweets, soda, etc. Then I started to become interested in healthy eating. My personal experience was that once I started to make more healthy food choices, I felt better physically and mentally.
Everyone's experience is different, but for me eating healthy is an important piece of taking care of my depression and anxiety. It didn't cure it like I hoped it would, but it definitely makes a difference for me.
I eat very simply. I like to tell myself that food is fuel. I enjoy what I eat, even though other people think it's boring and predictable. I've worked at not caring what other people think. My pdoc taught me that when you care about what other people think, you're giving them the power to control your self-esteem! I don't want to do that.
I eat balanced meals. I don't skip meals. I try to wake up the same time every day, and eat a healthy breakfast. Even though I eat healthy, I do have treats here and there so I don't feel deprived, but I don't make it a habit. I try to avoid processed foods because they don't make me feel good, but I will eat certain ones so I don't get too food-bored or become extreme. I don't believe in fad diets.
I read research studies about what food is good for the brain.
I am very sensitive to caffeine and sugar. I limit it, but I don't completely avoid it. I think avoiding it 100% would be easier, but I'm trying to experiment with what my own acceptable limits are, and try to keep it there. I try to practice self-awareness of when my depression or anxiety are leading to cravings of the types of food that are the worst thing for it.
I avoid alcohol, because alcohol is a depressant. Alcohol will also cancel out my meds. It's ironic that our depressed/anxious brains crave the worst things for it--sugar, alcohol, caffeine, simple carbs that turn to sugar. I try to remind myself that these things will make me feel worse, not better. I sometimes fall into the social thing of everyone's drinking around me so I'll have one too, and that is not a healthy thing for me to do. There's no shame in standing in my truth that certain foods and drinks just don't make me feel good physically and mentally.
I don't usually keep sweets around in the house because that's my weakness. I believe in my case, it's genetic. I will occasionally have them out of the house, in a small portion, and I enjoy it without guilt. I personally find that I feel better if I don't have the sweets on an empty stomach. I have to keep it in check, though, because when I'm depressed/anxious my body/brain craves sweets.
I like to practice mindfulness with food. It helped me see where my eating choices were just mindless food habits that I could decide to change and replace with something else.
I don't strive for perfection with my eating habits, because then I feel like a failure when I'm not perfect and that's total BS that I refuse to buy into again. I don't believe in viewing foods as "bad", but instead I focus on which foods make me feel best, and centering my day around those.
I eat at regular times each day which I feel probably helps keep my blood sugar and moods stable.
Keeping things simple with food like this helps my depression and anxiety.

2021.10.21 23:26 bluthra Let's Create Bharat 2.0! Can we create a more Spiritually aware Bharat where more people come from Higher Consciousness and come more from feelings of Love, kindness and respect for one another? YES! Please read this with an open mind - this may change your perspective!
A few months ago, Arnab Goswami of Republic TV interviewed a spiritual teacher named Maitreya Dadashreeji. It was a 45 min interview in which Dadashreeji was saying that our planet is slowly entering the Divine Age or Golden Age. It will take around 10 years or so more, but during this period, more and more people will awaken to this truth. That we humanity can change. We can come more from a Higher consciousness and more from Love, kindness and respect for one another. You can see this interview on Youtube. Just search for "Arnab Goswami Maitreya Dadashreeji" on Youtube and you can see it. Dadashreeji said that his guru is Babaji. Babaji was written about in Paramhansa Yogananda's book "Autobiography of a Yogi". Babaji is the ancient Himalayan yogi who appears in a 18 yo body. This interview appeared on national TV on Republic TV!
Ancient cultures such as Mayan and Hopi have prophesied for millennia that a time will come when humanity's consciousness will transform in the twinkling of an eye (very, very fast). Many spiritual people are aware of these ancient prophesies. The time they were talking about is Now! All these things such as Global Pandemic and war like situations developing, etc are causing people to wake up more and question.
I have been a spiritually aware person since a very young age. Now I am 61. I have lived all over the world, mostly in USA. I have been in the IT profession and also an entrepreneur. Now I have created an online Spiritual group on Whattsapp titled "Let's Create New Bharat - Bharat 2.0" It's all about how human consciousness is evolving now. I am also teaching a very simple 4 min Spiritual process. It only takes 4 mins. Anyone can do it. Several people in my online group have started doing the 4 min Light Channeling process and are finding it truly life changing! I teach this online for free. There is no need to go anywhere. And many people will start experiencing a miraculous transformation in themselves, almost immediately. I am sharing some amazing testimonials below from my Bharat 2.0 group.
(I teach all my Spiritual methods online and for free. I teach very advanced Spiritual methods. I have been Spiritual from a young age. Anyone can benefit from these methods including business people, professionals, students, housewives, anyone experiencing stress or ill health. Anyone who wants more out of life or is interested in the higher human abilities. You will perform better at anything you want to do or any goal you want to achieve will come much more easily. The only thing is you must be Spiritually minded or interested in Spirituality or at least open minded. I do this only because I love Bharat and I want to see human consciousness raised to a higher level. This is my true passion in life.)
Here are some testimonials from my Bharat 2.0 group:
The following testimonial is from Nonah Khanna who has been a gifted healer, psychic, spiritual teacher and academician for over 30 years. I shared my methods with her a few months ago. Initially she was very skeptical. Now she loves it and attends all of our meetings (every Sunday 8:30am).
"This 4 min Light Channeling is so addictive that I feel like doing it again and again. Now I'm doing it 3 or 4 x a day. This is one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever witnessed, even during my regular meditations or classes. I'm suddenly filled with so much Peace, nothing is moving me. I just want to smile. I'm having out of body or astral travel experiences which are so beautiful. I also experienced a sudden growth in my work. Like I'm noticing the types of clients I wanted and the type of work I wanted to do, I feel like I'm attracting that now. I don't do any digital promotions like other people do. My work is only through word of mouth. I also notice more positive energy in my home. Like my staff are working better now on their own. Suddenly they have all become more stable, more peaceful. I feel everyone should experience this 4 min method. I feel like we are the lucky chosen ones to make a beginning of this beautiful method in India. My total perspective on life has changed. I feel like I'm much more positive. I've started again reliving my dreams and I feel like I have the power to make them come true. It's like a total transformation of my personality. I can see that in myself. It's a beautiful experience."
- Nonah Khanna, gifted healer, psychic and spiritual teacher. She has done several interviews on radio shows globally.
Here are a few more:
"I'm in love with this 4 min method! This is instant magic on the brain! When I come back from the office, I'm really tired. Then I put on this 4 min Light Channeling video. I come back home and Im again charged. This is one thing I'm feeling very regularly. I'm charged, I'm charged, I'm charged. If I am tired, I listen to it, and I'm again charged! My brain doesn't get tired now. This is amazing! It's like instant glucose!"
- Deepti Sood
"This 4 min Light Channeling has brought a shift in my energy levels, a lot of it. Also a great change in my presence of mind. I have had a wonderful change in mindset. Now I am more organized. I feel positive things are happening now in my life. I'm always in a good or uplifted mood. I also have greater awareness. It's been a wonderful experience. A few weeks ago, I was going through exams and I could focus more, and had better clarity."
- Shivam Dutta
I have tons more testimonials, mostly from my international group. I have been previously teaching my methods to people in USA and Western countries. Now I have started my Bharat 2.0 group also.
If you want to learn more about our Bharat 2.0 group, see this Google doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dEO2UUBwdRKbqA9hy2PD4FNxUV7bvGw3ehOjVhaSSck/edit?usp=sharing
The instructions of how to join our Bharat 2.0 group are in the Google doc also. I recommend join us for one of our Sunday morning meetings at 8:30am. Then you will understand much better and you will know if this is for you or not. It's not for everyone. Only for those who know there is much more to life than what we are currently living. The methods are so simple. Only 4 mins.

2021.10.21 23:26 GeekySoftBoi Anyone else find comfort in things you grew up/don't want to let go of your childhood?
I'm 27y/o and Ive been recently refferd for an autism assessment by my doctor and I was wondering if anyone else finds it hard to let go of things from your childhood/teen years? I love old games and have re bought ones I played growing up, I've immense attachment to even magazines that I bought them again, the exact issues I read when I was younger. My family had to sell my childhood home in 2013 but I still can't let it go and I still yearn to live in it again.
I recently read an article of a guy who lives in the 90's his house is decorated with things from the 90's and he still uses cassette players and drives a 90's car he even dresses like it's the 90's and he said he finds comfort in it and it reminds him of the cosyiness he had growing up and I really related to that and it made me feel less weird about my obsession of the 00's.
I have an idea of making my own room that's a 00's time capsule with my VHS player, tapes, old game consoles, old TV's ect and have it be my safe space when I get too overwhelmed.
I've been thinking of just deleting social media and going back to only checking it on my home computer, getting a pay as you go phone that just had calls/texts but I worry I'll feel cut off from people. I'd love to play my gameboy on the bus but I fear judgment and things.
I regularly wish it was still mid 00's again as life was so much simpler and everything wasn't so overwhelming.
Wow this was more rambly than I intended I didn't expect this to be so long sorry but my main question does anything else feel like this?

2021.10.21 23:26 Loading99percent Eclass Exam
I just had an exam on Eclass which requires uploading pictures. I have uploaded all pictures for all questions but did not click submit. I am quite sure that the system will automatically save it but just to make sure so I emailed the Prof. He replied me with a screenshot of the last question I submitted and said that’s what he saw. I asked him again if he got pictures for other questions as well and he replied “all there”. Does that mean he already got all pictures or that’s the only answer that he saw? Lol I’m just a bit paranoid as I’m not sure what he means.
